Come hang out with us! This workshop is all about different ways to hang on an apparatus. We will cover two-arm hangs, one-arm hangs, armpit hangs, elbow hangs, front balance/hip hang, back balance/back hang, knee hangs, single knee hangs, ankle hangs, toe hangs, and heel hangs. All students will have the opportunity to practice their hangs on a stationary bar, a trapeze, and a lyra. Students of all levels are welcome, including beginners!
Learn about the mechanics of each hang, how to do it safely, and — for the harder hangs — how to train the strength to get there. Most hangs are not apparatus-specific, so join us no matter what you train on, whether it’s trapeze, lyra, wheel, or something else!
